On September 28, 2005 John Caylor, Husband of Mary Jane Caylor donated a photograph of the former Huntsville Police Administration Building to Chief Rex Reynolds in memory of Officer Donnie Daly's father, Foster Daly. Mr. Caylor is a former Officer that served with Foster.
