Huntsville Police Ask Shooting Suspect to Turn Himself In

 

Huntsville, Alabama (June 7, 2007) Twenty-three-year-old Sergio Nichols is in critical but stable condition this morning, after being shot multiple times outside his apartment at 3011 Autumn Wood Drive about 11:30 last night.  He was transported to Huntsville Hospital emergency room by a family member. Spokesman Wendell Johnson said Police are asking his brother, Noble Nichols, 26, to turn himself in.

 

Investigator Fred Sharpe, with the Huntsville Police Department’s Domestic Violence Unit would not discuss a motive for the shooting. Sharpe suggested that Noble contact a family member or his office at 327-3808.
