West Precinct Investigators Charge Five in Burglary/Robbery

 

Huntsville, Alabama (August 10, 2007) On Thursday afternoon, a resident at an apartment complex on Bonnell Drive witnessed several individuals running from his apartment with property. He confronted the men, who then pulled weapons on him and told him to leave.

 

Spokesman Wendell Johnson said the man spotted the individuals today and contacted Huntsville Police who took them into custody. Investigators Jerry Trew and Kevin Browning charged a total of five offenders with the following.

 

Two juveniles were charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon. A third juvenile was charged with Burglary 1^st degree and Robbery 1^st degree. They were booked into the Neaves Davis Center for Juveniles.

 

Two adults, 17-year-old Thomas Watson and 17-year-old Glenn Willie were each charged with Burglary 1^st degree and Robbery 1^st degree. Both men were booked into the Madison County Metro Jail. Johnson said two handguns used in the robbery were also recovered.
