Huntsville Police Arrest Three in Stabbing Death

 

Huntsville, Alabama (January 4, 2007) Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit have charged 3 individuals with the murder of Andrew Lacy. Lacy was found stabbed to death in a vehicle on Chasewood New Years Eve.

 

Police spokesman Wendell Johnson said there are indications the murder was drug related, however, the case remains under investigation and Major Crimes could not provide further details. The following individuals were booked into the Madison County Metro Jail last night and charged with Murder. Warrants will be obtained and bail should be set later today.

 

1.      Twenty-year-old Ryan Renaldo Mitchell, of 1506-C Medland Road

2.      Twenty-four-year-old Jerome Payne, of 3119 Leftwich Street

3.      Eighteen-year-old Cassandra Vantrice Ford, of 135 Castleridge Drive, New Market
