HPD Arrest Suspect in Payless Shoe Store Robbery

                       

Huntsville, Alabama (November 20, 2008) Officers from the Huntsville Police Department and the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force arrested and charged Lawrence Edward Johnson, 28 years-of-age, of Huntsville, with Robbery First Degree late last night. The arrest stemmed from the incident that occurred yesterday at the Payless Shoe Store located at 6140 University Drive. Johnson is being held at the Metro Jail awaiting Bond.
