HPD Arrest Murder Suspect
Huntsville, Alabama (December 18, 2008)
Officers of the Huntsville Police Department arrested Willie Eugene Moore, 46
years-of age, of Huntsville, and charged him with Murder. This incident was a
result of the shooting of Steven Howland on December 17, 2008, at 4523 Foster
Avenue. Moore was booked into the Metro Jail and is awaiting bond.
