Murder Suspect Faces Additional Charges
Huntsville, Alabama (October 22, 2009) As the result of an extensive investigation, Investigators from the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit have charged Levon Montriul Brooks, 31, with one count of Burglary 1st Degree and Rape 1st Degree. These charges stem from an incident in March 2008 where a female was forcibly assaulted in her home at knifepoint. Brooks is currently in the Madison County Jail on Capital Murder charges in the death of Brandon Glover that occurred in the Countess Road area on March 18, 2008.
