Huntsville Man Arrested for the Capital Murder of His Neighbor

                     Huntsville, Alabama( January 13, 2009) Early this morning Investigators from the Major Crimes Unit of the Huntsville Police Department arrested Samuel Harold Miles JR., age 58, of 1003 Fieldstone Court, and charged him with the Capital Murder of Linda Keller, age 50, of 1014 Fieldstone Court.

                     This incident was a result of Miles allegedly breaking into his neighbor’s house and shooting Ms. Keller. She died at the scene. Miles then called police and advised the 911 Center what had occurred. When the police arrived Miles was taken into custody without incident. Miles is currently in the Metro Jail awaiting bond.
