STAC Team Makes Drug Arrests

                      

 

Huntsville, Alabama( April 29, 2009) Over the past couple of weeks, Agents with the Madison-Morgan County Drug Task Force, known as the STAC Team, have made several significant drug arrests in the Huntsville area. 

 

On April 09, 2009, STAC Agents concluded a four month investigation with the execution of search warrants at the following locations:

 

4404 Judith Lane Apt. 1B

6506 Whispering Pines Lane Apt. G

1004 Oster Drive Unit N7

 

These search warrants resulted in the seizure of three Kilograms of cocaine, over six thousand dollars in cash, a BMW 645i, and a Ford Expedition.  The following arrests were made as well:

On April 22, 2009, STAC Agents concluded an investigation with the execution of a search warrant at 6004 Belgrade Drive.  The search warrant resulted in the seizure of over fifteen pounds of marijuana, a stolen handgun, and three thousand dollars in cash.  The following arrests were made in this case:

On April 22, 2009, STAC Agents concluded a six month investigation of a group of Mexican males that were distributing large amounts of Cocaine from several locations in the City of Huntsville. The result of this investigation led to the arrest of three Mexican males.  The first was at 4509 Triana Blvd. Lot# 107, where Vicente Gonzales-Lopez and Rene Gonzales were taken into custody. Vicente Gonzales-Lopez was booked into the jail on three counts of Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of Cocaine. Rene Gonzales was booked into the jail for Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana.  Agents are continuing to confirm that these names are correct as there was no legitimate identification on any of them nor was their any documentation as to their immigration status.  The third subject, Flavio Saenz-Gutierrez, was arrested at 2105 1st Street for Trafficking in Cocaine.  Saenz-Gutierrez had a Permanent Resident Alien card.
