                    HPD Arrest Burglars

                

                 Huntsville, Alabama (May 14, 2009) This morning Investigators from the North Precinct arrested Jermiah Hines, 18 years of age, of Huntsville, 2 counts of Burglary 3rd Degree, Rick Teague, 18 years of age, of Huntsville, 2 counts of Burglary 3rd Degree and two juveniles.

 

This incident was a result of a vehicle stop by uniform officers in the area of Millbrook Drive. Observant officers noticed computer equipment inside the vehicle. Eventually the officers were able to determine that the vehicle and the computer equipment had been stolen from a burglary on Shamrock Drive. These arrests led Investigators to other burglaries in the Lincoya Heights area and the recovery of approximately $3,000 worth of property. Investigators expect further arrests and additional charges in connection with this case.
