Suspect Arrested in Wachovia Bank Robbery
 

Huntsville, Alabama (February 1, 2010) On January 30^th , North Precinct investigators received information pertaining to the robbery of the Wachovia Bank at 2525 North Memorial Parkway on January 12, 2010.  Investigators followed up on the leads and located the robbery suspect at a hotel on University Drive.  The suspect, Tillman Antony Sylva, was taken into custody, at which time approximately 4 ounces of marijuana and several thousand dollars in cash was located in his room. Mr. Sylva was charged with the robbery of the Wachovia Bank and with the drugs found in his room. He has been booked into the Madison County Metro Jail awaiting bond.

Arrested: Tillman Anthony Sylva - B/M, resides at 6901 Sunkist Drive, Oakland, California

Charges: Possession of Marijuana1^st Degree
