Huntsville, Alabama (February 10, 2010) Huntsville Police Department is currently seeking information to the whereabouts of Robert DeAngelo Carter, black male DOB 03-28-1990, 5’04, 178lbs, brown hair.  He is wanted for questioning in reference to a Homicide that occurred on or about 02-09-10 on Newson Road in Huntsville.
