Suspect Arrested in Homicide

Huntsville, Alabama (February 11, 2010) On February 11, 2010, members of the Huntsville Police Department & members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested 19 y/o Robert DeAngelo Carter of Huntsville and charged him with Capital Murder. This arrest was the result of an investigation into the murder of Derrick Darnell Means, 40 y/o that occurred at 4121 Newson Road in Huntsville.  The suspect was booked in the Madison County Metro Jail awaiting bond.
