Police Identify Body In House Fire

Huntsville, Alabama (March 17, 2006) Investigators with the Huntsville Police Department’s Major Crimes Unit have released the name of a man whose body was found burned in a house fire last month. Police spokesman Wendell Johnson says an autopsy report reveals 50-year-old Joseph Daniel Michael died as a result of smoke inhalation and burns. Michael is considered a transient. His body was found on February 27^th inside a burning house at 2202 Seminole Drive. The investigation is ongoing.
