West Precinct Investigators Charge Man with Assault and Robbery

         
Huntsville, Alabama (April 5, 2006) Huntsville Police Investigators with the West Precinct have charged 33-year-old Reginald Ware with Robbery First Degree and Assault First Degree.  Sgt. Wayne West said the incident occurred on March 30^th at 4401 Spartacus Drive when he allegedly attacked and robbed a 26-year-old woman as she drove her vehicle in a parking lot about 2:00 in the morning. She was bleeding and unconscious when police and paramedics arrived.

 A witness identified Ware to Investigators, who lives at 4308 Baywood Drive SW Huntsville. Sgt. West said they also recovered items from Ware’s residence linking him to the robbery. Ware, who was arrested on Tuesday, was booked into the Madison County Metro Jail on a $50,000 bond.
