Carjacking Suspect Captured And Booked in Metro Jail

Huntsville, Alabama (May 4, 2006) Twenty-nine-year-old Brandon Wade Henderson is in the Madison County Metro Jail Thursday, charged with Robbery First Degree. On May 2^nd, about 1:00 p.m., Henderson allegedly approached a man in a restaurant parking lot in the 200 block of Jordan Lane. He pulled a weapon on the victim, demanded his wallet and car keys, and then drove the 1996 Mazda Miata Northbound on Jordan Lane.

Last night, West Precinct Police Officer Rodney Fuller spotted the stolen vehicle driving Northbound on Triana Blvd, then East on Bob Wallace.  Henderson refused to stop and fled with Officers in pursuit. Officers chased Henderson until he bailed out of the vehicle. After a brief foot chase, they captured Henderson in the 2500 block of Bob Wallace Avenue. Henderson was questioned and booked without further incident.
